How do you ensure the quality of your honey?
All Stars + Honey products are sourced from sustainable, small-batch apiaries. We perform rigorous purity testing to ensure every jar is free from additives, pesticides, and antibiotics.
Does your honey ever expire?
Pure honey naturally preserves itself and does not expire. If your honey crystallizes over time, simply place the jar in warm water to return it to a liquid state.
What is your shipping policy for perishable items?
We ship all orders within 2 business days using temperature-controlled packaging where necessary. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I return food products if I change my mind?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed food items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, we use 100% recyclable glass jars and our shipping materials are made from post-consumer recycled cardboard and biodegradable packing peanuts.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom and North America due to strict international customs regulations regarding raw honey and food products.
